This project involved designing the user experience (UX) for a Recruitment CRM targeting startups and individual recruiters. The goal was to create a user-friendly and efficient platform to streamline recruitment processes, manage candidates and clients, and improve overall efficiency.

Most of the startups and the individuals in the Recruitment industry managers the processes with spread sheets.Most of the the time candidates are left with no feedback and requires them to connect with the recruiter multiple times to get and update from the recruiter. RecruiterX intends to enhance the feedback process and maintain a healthy relationship with the candidates through user friendly candidate onboarding to Feedback.

Success Metrics

Time-to-Fill: The average number of days it takes to fill an open position from the time it is posted to the time an offer is accepted. A reduction in this metric indicates increased efficiency in the shortlisting process

Candidate Experience Score: Collected through candidate surveys and feedback, this score measures the overall satisfaction of candidates with the recruitment process. A higher score suggests improvements in communication and engagement.

User Retention Rate

Positive User Reviews and Feedback

Recruiter Productivity: The number of positions a recruiter can handle simultaneously and the number of candidates processed per day. Increased productivity indicates streamlined processes and effective use of technology.

Hiring Manager Satisfaction: Feedback from hiring managers on the quality and relevance of shortlisted candidates. Higher satisfaction scores indicate better alignment and communication between recruiters and hiring managers

first conducted a Survey to understand user App usage, health tracker user use and the challenges they face , and the psychology of users interns of tracking health activities .

Parallelly conducted the secondary research to understand users challenges, preferences, behavioural patterns

Gen Z prioritizes digital fitness solutions. They rely on apps and trackers to monitor their health and fitness, and prefer these digital tools to discover new workouts and connect with instructors. While social media can be a source of health information, they’re aware of its potential downsides. To stay active, Gen Z often utilizes online or app-based workouts for their flexibility and convenience.

Goals/motivation

Four of Gen Z’s top five reasons to exercise are linked to health and happiness, with this demographic demonstrating a strong appreciation for the holistic benefits of activity. That said, they still want to look good, with 47% listing ‘improving their appearance’ as a key reason to work out.
