Mobile app is designed to transform how people approach physical activity, making it an enjoyable and integral part of their daily lives. By leveraging technology, community support, and personalized guidance, we aim to create a sustainable impact on public health. This is particularly crucial in light of the increasing prevalence of non-communicable diseases (NCDs), which cause 41 million deaths each year, equivalent to 74% of all deaths globally. Many of these diseases are caused by physical inactivity. By promoting an active lifestyle, our app can play a significant role in the prevention and management of these diseases, ultimately contributing to the global fight against NCDs.
Increase Physical Activity Adoption: Our primary goal is to significantly increase the number of users who adopt and maintain regular physical activity through our app.
Reduce Risk of NCDs: By promoting physical activity, we aim to contribute to a measurable decrease in NCD risk factors and overall healthcare burden.
User Engagement & Retention: We want to create a user-friendly and engaging app that fosters long-term user retention and consistent app usage.
Brand Awareness & Credibility: Establish our brand as a leader in promoting healthy lifestyles and disease prevention through physical activity..

While social media can be a source of health information, they’re aware of its potential downsides. To stay active, Gen Z often utilizes online or app-based workouts for their flexibility and convenience.
